What I Inspect

I will professionally and systematically conduct an inspection of your home, both inside and out.

You can expect to have your easy-to-read report via email the next day of the inspection by noon!

As a NAHI-certified professional home inspector, I have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a professional, thorough, non-intrusive, inspection of your home from the foundation to the roof.

Outside of your home, I will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, decks, etc. Then I will come inside to check the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. I will also inspect the home’s heating and air-conditioning systems, the plumbing, and the electrical systems. These will all be examined to ensure they function as they are intended.

Inside of your home, I will check Bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms will receive a thorough check along with the attics, basements, and/or crawl spaces.
