Then I spend time with you, clearly explaining my findings, giving you real answers that can help you make the right decision. I also inform you of some home ownership issues you may not have known until now. I understand how important this real estate purchase is to you and I want you be prepared.
Once the inspection is complete, I will email the report to you by noon the next day. I don't consider a job to be complete until all of your questions are answered so feel free to ask any question when you get the report, when you close or anytime in the future without extra or hidden charges.
